My name is not actually Rostock. Rostock is a city in former East Germany from where my family escaped communist occupation. I use the city name as my blogging alias.
I was raised Anabaptist, but turned reformed in my upper-twenties and embrace the doctrines of Grace.
I believe the Holy Scriptures are God-breathed, infallible, complete and sufficient, and the authoritative standard against which all other teachings must be scrutinized.
I enjoy learning about theology and apologetics, and the opposing views to Christianity.
I am married to an incredible rock n roll musician, folk singer and recording artist. He and I are somewhere between 20 and 40. We have a beautiful daughter and a great dane with ears that flop down.
